Old Saybrook, CT, December 08, 2007 — Many insurance professionals work in states that require continuing education exams to be supervised by a proctor, whose job is to certify that tests are taken properly in his or her presence. Web-based continuing education has greatly improved the convenience of the CE process, but the requirements of proctoring have always been a hindrance to true efficiency.
