Customer satisfaction survey results
General March 17th, 2008Back in November, CEU.com teamed up with Genesis Marketing Research to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. We sent the surveys to a random sample of emails from our customer database, and the answers were kept anonymous. All of us at CEU are eager to get feedback and suggestions from our customers, so we were happy to get the results.
According to the data, the median respondent has used CEU.com for more than six months but less than a year. He or she (60 percent of respondents were female) works in a company with more than 500 employees and is employed as a sales representative (19 percent), adjuster (16 percent), or customer service representative (11 percent).
We were pleased to learn that so many of our customers are happy with their experience with us. Nine out of ten reported that they are “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with our services. That same percentage said they would “definitely” or “probably” use CEU.com products and services and the future, and that they would recommend us to their colleagues.
Convenience stands out as the most important reason people choose CEU.com. More than half of the respondents said they tried us because using our courses was easy or convenient. Six in ten said our website was easy to navigate and they were able to complete courses in a timely manner.

A good value for the money. The only issue I have is no
customer support on weekends. I’m an IA, generally I have to
do CEU on weekends. Its been a year since I used this service.
I have no ideal what my User Name is, there is a link to provide my password, but no help with the user name. The program will not allow one to create a new account off the
same email address. So I guess I have a wasted afternoon….

Thank you for your post. CEU.com is aware that a “Forgot Username” function is needed on our website, and we are working on implementing this feature. In the meantime, CEU.com usernames can be found in both the CEU Member Registration Confirmation (confirmation for creating a CEU.com account) and CEU Registration Confirmation (transaction receipt) emails.
CEU.com apologizes for any inconvenience; we will do what we can to launch a “Forgot Username” feature ASAP!
